Announcing the next big destination!
It's about time I announced the next big travel destination on here. Sometimes you just have to wait until the dates are set, the money's spent, and your second attempt at a visa application goes through.
This coming fall, I'm headed for adventure through Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand! Me and my oldest friend (as in length of time, she's like a few months older than me) are taking off for a G Adventures trip and seeing highlights of three countries in just 22 days abroad. Now we're making friends and living the easy life for 17 of those days with the tour company.
The G Adventures highlights include:
Then we're heading south for some sun, relaxation and harassing wildlife in Ao Nang in Krabi province in Thailand. While Ang lounges in the sun and sand, I will be scaring fish, poking crustaceans, and getting inked by octopi while on a few scuba expeditions.
The Ashley & Ang highlights include:
While Visa application requirements change near constantly, I've included the latest requirements for Canadians hoping to visit Vietnam and Cambodia. At the moment, Thailand does not require Canadian citizens to acquire a visa in addition to their passport.
